2. Privacy requests

Include your Hookline account email, the right you want to exercise, and enough information to understand the request. We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting.

If you are an authorized agent, clearly identify the account holder and be prepared to provide legally sufficient evidence of authorization.

3. Billing and cancellation

Active subscribers should use the billing portal available inside Hookline to manage or cancel a subscription. A cancellation request sent by email may require identity verification and may not replace the in-product cancellation method when that method is available.

For billing errors, duplicate charges, or a purchase you do not recognize, contact support promptly and include the transaction date and the last four digits or receipt identifier if available. Never send your full card number by email.

6. Security reports

Report suspected vulnerabilities privately using the subject SECURITY. Include reproduction steps, affected URL or feature, expected and observed behavior, and the minimum proof needed to demonstrate the issue.

Do not access data that is not yours, disrupt service, perform destructive testing, use social engineering, extort Hookline, or publicly disclose an unpatched vulnerability. Security research is not authorized unless Hookline expressly provides written authorization.

7. Abuse, impersonation, and minor-safety reports

Report unauthorized likeness use, impersonation, deceptive endorsements, harassment, child-safety concerns, or other serious abuse using the subject SAFETY or MINOR SAFETY. Include the relevant content or account identifier and a clear explanation of the issue.

For immediate danger or emergencies, contact appropriate local emergency services or law enforcement rather than relying on Hookline support.

8. Service of process and business identity

Email to the general support address is not consent to formal service of process unless Hookline expressly agrees in writing or applicable law provides otherwise.
